Welcome to Celeste Artesano. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the purchase of all our artisanal tableware, dinner sets, complete tea sets, cups & saucers, mugs, platters, napkins, napkin rings, and tea coasters.

Handcrafted Variations

Due to the artisanal nature of ceramic, glass, and stoneware products, slight variations in glaze, finish, texture, and color are natural characteristics of the craft.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of shipping details provided at checkout.

Breakable Articles & Replacement Policy

Given the delicate nature of luxury tableware and drinkware, we follow a strict and transparent damage-claim verification process:

Mandatory 24-Hour (1 Day) Reporting Window: Any transit breakage, crack, chipping, or missing article must be reported to our support team within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be processed.

Compulsory Continuous Box-Opening Video: A clear, unedited, uncut video starting from the sealed outer package up to the unboxing and inspection of the damaged article is strictly required. Claims without this uncut unboxing video are ineligible for exchange or replacement.

Replacement Protocol: Upon verification and approval of the unboxing footage by our QA team, a replacement for the broken piece/set will be dispatched at no additional shipping cost.

IMPORTANT EXCHANGE NOTICE

Because tableware items are fragile and hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. Exchanges are processed strictly for verified transit damage or defective items reported within the stipulated 24-hour window.

Shipping & Delivery Logistics

We use specialized multi-layered protective packaging for all fragile shipments:

Dispatch Timelines: In-stock items are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Windows: Delivery schedules depend on regional courier networks. Tracking links are automatically sent via SMS/Email once the consignment leaves our facility.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is returned due to incorrect contact/address details or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Payments & Transactions

All transactions are processed through certified, encrypted payment gateways:

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and authorized digital wallets via secure payment gateways.

Payment Security: Financial data is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL protocols. Celeste Artesano never stores your credit/debit card numbers or CVV.
